Kindly open your hearts and minds in quietude and gratitude to God by taking several deep breaths and releasing the busyness of this day. Let it all go and just relax your body while your thoughts focus only on the joy and peace of your beautiful soul. It is in this calm and devotional energy state that you can instantaneously commune in higher consciousness awareness and feel the blessed moments of serenity.

Then let your consciousness be touched by the gold and silver celestial embrace of the Creator and feel the union of our combined light, wisdom and love. Allow yourself to sink deeply into this sacred empowerment that passes logical explanation and let the beauty of your own soul permeate your personality with its ever present comfort and guidance. Let it serve you with its reassuring constancy and devotion to this physical body life you are presently experiencing.

Kindly allow me to merge my devotion and caring with you, and your soul’s beauty, as we reinforce the powerful unity of spiritual joy and oneness on planet Earth. And please begin with a deep breath ....followed by a long sigh that releases any discomfort or concerns you may presently have. Yes, sigh a long, long, sigh, and let go of any negative feelings or upsets that need to be released.

Whatever it is, just let it go for now and breathe deeply again. In these upcoming days it will be especially comforting to just sit and breathe out the distractions that keep you from your connection to your higher spiritual identity.

Yes, breathe, dear hearts, breathe, so your brain can be oxygenated and your physical body brought into the gentle rhythms of peace you so richly deserve these challenging days. BREATHE AND RELEASE EVERYTHING BUT THIS PRECIOUS MOMENT.
As you do so, let me share my love with you and let us be still in the quietude of eternity for several minutes. Be still and feel my presence acknowledging your own soul’s sacredness. Be still and know we are together in God’s love.

Now please relax a little while before we continue our conversation!

As you know, when you take time to relax and consciously breathe, you release everything but peaceful intentions – freeing you to approach the next instant with immense hope and courage for the experiences that remain ahead – whether for yourself, your nation or the physical world you call home. For dear ones, there are possible changes ahead that breathing and relaxation will greatly assist you in balancing whether they occur to you personally, to your family and friends, or to those you call “others.”  

Not only are your societies facing serious financial problems and disturbing news about the immorality deeply embedded in your corporations, banks, and the hearts of greedy people everywhere, but you are entering a time when the galaxy’s influences on your solar system continue to affect all life within its territory, whether animate or inanimate. So while I promised evolutionary spiritual opportunities to all of you in my Christmas remarks, I did not discuss the responsibilities these opportunities now require of you to deliberately stay focused on all aspects of safety needed in your physical lives.

Consequently it is necessary, at the start of this New Year, to discuss those responsibilities in a serious but helpful way. And it is critical for you to listen carefully and make whatever life pattern changes are necessary to assure your safety and comfort during any deleterious weather storms that may lie ahead.

Your weather specialists have already been witnessing some of these upcoming weather patterns and possible changes without really understanding their causes nor anticipating what future actions could be experienced by humans, and other life forms, on the planet.  Which is why I wish to share some background that may be helpful for you in the next few years and I request that you listen attentively to an elder brother’s concern.

As you enter this year of life with its financial and other monetary concerns, we urge you to go past any materialistic, personal dilemmas you may have and focus on 4 essential facts affecting your ability to live safely on planet Earth as this linear time shifts into the space/time continuum. These 4 topics which are cosmic in nature should be part of your conscious awareness even if you should slip into fear about material things, as many are doing.

The first of these four topics is that LIFE COULD NOT EXIST WITHOUT AN ATMOSPHERE AROUND THE EARTH THAT CONTAINS SUFFICIENT OXYGEN. Surely it is obvious that you and all mammals require clean air without what you call “smog” or else your lungs will be damaged by ingesting the negative materials into their delicate interior—possibly causing eventual debilitation and even physical death.

Yet we see your industries polluting the atmosphere and observe too many humans inhaling cigarette smoke that brings destructive fumes, or direct smog, right into their lungs, with possible serious complications to their bodily health.

(Incidentally, the regrettable fires recently burning on the Australian continent should remind you that it is urgent to have excellent news reporting that you attend to with serious attention and that you also develop your intuitive abilities to warn you in case of danger.)

Life can be snuffed out very quickly by not paying attention to your local weather conditions and any dangers they represent for you, your animals, and property. Which reminds me to add that since your animals may sense danger before you do, you should notice any unusual animal behavior!

Next I must comment about your need for WATER—which is the second most important need of physical life! You tend to take water for granted as something that lies outside of yourself, yet it is the 75% water composition inside your body that is also critical. You tell us you are not aware of your inner water identity – that you feel solid, heavy. And yet, dear hearts, you can float on water. Have you ever wondered why that can happen?

Please remember that most people need to drink 6-8 glasses of external water to be properly hydrated inside their own “water vehicle.”  So depending on your local climate, you must pay close attention to the dangers of dehydration as your body’s cells race to a DNA expansion of higher energy levels. And if your farmers are to raise the crops, fruits, vegetables and the animals that some of you eat, they must also be consistently watered to maintain life.

Given its value, do you ever ponder the nature and great mystery of water? Do you realize it is an extra-terrestrial gift that created these oceans from which life developed in the watery depths, multiplied, and eventually came forth onto land in abundant variety and forms?

Have you ever wondered why water dissolves many other things and do you notice how your manufacturing companies love to dump negative products into it to save them money?  Yes, dear hearts, it is difficult to get really clean water which is why you must insist your water companies use judicious means to keep it as safe as possible for human ingestion and take social action to prevent anyone from polluting it.

We naturally recommend that people take positive action in the face of potential drought conditions and be willing to limit the ways and amounts you use water. You waste so much! It is a precious and irreplaceable commodity of everyday life yet many thoughtless actions are harming it for you, your children, and those who come after. 

As I mentioned, water originally came as a cosmic gift which is why it has many totally unique qualities and why it is essential to your daily life. Water created chaos in the beginning but eventually provided a superlative soup for many kinds of life to develop – including that which evolved into mammals, and eventually the human species.

This happened because water is heaviest at a temperature of about 39 degrees Farenheit/4degrees Celsius—so in an ocean, for instance, the top layers may freeze when the weather is cold but at the bottom life can still exist.  Without water’s wonders your planet would not have its myriad life forms and incomparable beauty... for it still is the Garden of Eden if you take care of it.

Moreover, in addition to needing humanity’s protection against pollution, water is also dramatically affected by solar influences such as powerful flares and huge gaseous outpourings upon Earth causing major weather pattern fluctuations such as the tides, etc.

That is why we say over again that you need to pay attention to the weather and how it affects innumerable aspects of everyday life. Interestingly, you are only recently learning that both the planet’s water outside of you, and the water inside of you, is affected by what you think and feel!! Indeed, water consistently forms perfect crystalline structures when positive thoughts of love, joy, gratitude and peace are projected to it...or will create the very opposite effect when negative thoughts and feelings are expressed.

If you have not enjoyed pictures of the beautiful crystal forms you can create in any kind of water with your thoughts, please be sure you get some pictures of these extraordinary crystals pictures that form when thoughts are directed to it. It is essential that those recently-born and all incoming children understand that the adult body is composed of about 75% water—and their thoughts and feelings can affect their own “inside” water content and life circumstances either negatively or positively. It is truly spoken that you are a “water bearer” of this age.

If you have not yet learned this essential life lesson through the spiritual teachings we give humanity, it is not too late to discover that appreciation for what you have will bring positive results in life experiences. One of the great human lessons about material possessions presently being taught you is the belief that life’s joys do NOT come from physical things and unchecked egotistical needs. As many among you will realize, spirituality is a state of mind regardless of the external circumstances.

When you can accept and practice this truth, life will take on new meaning as you focus fully on love, compassion and caring. This changed perception, this attitude, moves the human heart from possessiveness and separateness to sharing and unity – and eventually, grace will touch the human heart so you can ascend into a higher vibratory frequency of consciousness.

The third VITAL fact about physical life for you to honor is that your body’s trillions of highly specialized cells require an ongoing interaction with Earth’s electromagnetic pulsing energies (and its resulting bio-chemical activities). It needs actual PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH THE GROUND to assure physical life support.

Some of you may remember, as children, sliding across the rug and touching an object to get an electric shock. Might not that be proof that the planet contains electromagnetic energy and you are a conductor of that electromagnetic energy?  Earth’s energies are the foundation of your own body’s energy which is partly why exercise is so helpful in attaining good health.

By moving your body across the Earth’s surface you keep yourself fueled by the planet’s energy, and your very own life force is supported. People who have little contact with the physical ground under their feet – and who do not exercise – are depriving themselves of the energy of life as well as the necessary conditioning of their physical body/temple. Regrettably, the Earth’s electromagnetic pulsation are being disturbed by a variety of nefarious military and corporate enterprises, most of which are unknown to you yet change the quality of  Earth’s identity.

This is happening in spite of the fact that your NASA scientists learned long ago that a human body was designed to exist on this planet’s surface! They made this realization when your first Astronauts went out into space and came back with compromised nervous systems and bone loss—because they weren’t in range of the Earth’s necessary electromagnetic field.  Thus steps were taken to protect them when they went “off-planet” from the Earth’s life-inducing energy the next time...and today, of course,
Astronauts are well-protected.

At the same time, your scientists should be conducting long term studies about what it means for a human body which evolved based on Earth energy to be sent to other planets or relay stations which have a different energy composition.

Of course, the quality of what you eat in your daily diet is also a critical nutritional factor along with the planet’s energy. Therefore, we repetitively recommend careful consideration of what you choose to eat when surrounded by the multiple choices that most of you reading this document have available for purchase. During this current challenge to watch your financial expenditures you must still keep the need for nutritious food high on your list during stressful times. Tempting though it may be, this is not the time to eat those cheaper “fast foods” that do not contain nutrients your body needs!

Now, just as the oxygen, water, and physical contact with the Earth’s surface are partners in maintaining your physical planetary life, there is a fourth aspect which is called UNEXPECTED CHANGES and these surprises sometimes occur during energy shifts between the galaxy, your solar system, and then your Sun’s effects within its own family of planets.

The photonic energies now being received from your galaxy are one example of an unexpected change that is affecting your solar system. The sun is affected most powerfully first at a physical level by an increased outpouring of flares and gases. Then this energy expulsion moves out and affects the rest of its planets. On the one hand the photon energies bring a powerful change for good because it advances humanity’s personal energy frequency to a potentially higher level of consciousness.

On the other hand, your local Sun will probably cause physical energies to flow onto the physical Earth herself with some possibly unpleasant reaction to your communication systems and things that you call electric or electromagnetic. Perhaps you remember a massive power failure on the East Coast of the United States some years ago which blacked out lights and related services for several long days and nights, causing people who were unprepared with food and water, their banking system, etc, to panic.

This was caused by the Sun’s upsurge in flaring and gaseous substances through a sometimes open corridor we call a magnetic portal affinity. Your scientists are only recently coming to understand that such a corridor exists between the Sun and Earth due to their rotational and spatial relationship.

In other words there may be more times when this fluctuating 93-million mile long corridor will open, sending tons of high-energy particle flowing out to the earth. Based on your prior experience that caused such alarming effects on America’s East Coast population, please do not be caught without needed provisions if this occurs again.

We cannot say when or if this may actually happen, dear ones, but it is a potential. That is why I remind you that even as the photonic epoch uplifts humanity’s spiritual consciousness, it could also cause the Sun to negatively affect the Earth’s magnetosphere. Therefore, it is important to be prepared since you are relying more and more on technical equipments of all kinds.

Remember, also, that these material inventions and “gadgets” can be used for negative or positive purposes both in your body and in world affairs. Please use them all to protect the resources of your planet against the ignorant and unethical behaviors that have been so blatantly abundant in this materialistic period now being noticed and cleansed. We ask you to remember that you have been given dominion here on Earth, and we ask that you choose to use the planet’s resources judiciously

The intention of this message today, then, is to remind you that you need to be prepared for any kind of emergency that life on Earth could bring. Some of these are obvious and can happen in a moment such as earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, avalanches...and so forth. Yes, beloveds, these vital needs like oxygen, water, and the Earth’s energy support beneath your feet are the essential foundation of your physical life.  Then we of heaven call you forth to remember, honor, and protect the 3 basic human needs I repeatedly mention—oxygen, the water, and the planet’s energy fields.

Please take a pause at this point and enjoy a big breath, please, followed by a sigh!  Now take one more breath and rest a moment. Simply intuit my message at the deepest level of your consciousness. Because you are wise and loving, ALL IS WELL!!!!!!!

(Even in your personal family or among groups of friends and workmates, it is recommended that you frequently pause in the busyness of life and just pause to breathe and sigh. It releases the tension among yourselves and reduces the likelihood of holding stress which over-activates your immune system’s fight or flight response tendencies.)
 
At Christmas I outlined information about who you really are and how those still latent powers within you that are always available are being steadily increased by the galaxy’s incoming photonic influences. This is a profound gift to your consciousness but, as I said, the higher frequencies could also increase negative effects on your Sun that translate into  adverse activities affecting your communication and electrical devices and even other physical storms..

This idea of disruptive change can be alarming even to the best meditators among you, and yet many on Earth have had to experience dramatic types of change – testing the very foundation of their spiritual beliefs. Indeed, all of you must realize that if unexpected changes lie ahead, you must always call upon your soul’s assistance which has strength equal to any problem or circumstance you will ever face! And continue to focus only on the positive aspects of what you want to create in your life!

That is precisely why we have recommended various types of healing processes be they energy modalities using touch or thought, sound, color, light and others yet to come. Please trust that you have inordinately powerful abilities to create the life you want even when others cannot yet accomplish things you can do. It is always a matter of choice and willingness to be aware of your spiritual goals, talents and innate wisdom—and then apply them. It is easy to be spiritual when there is no challenge, beloveds, but the true test is how you behave when things are unexpected or more difficult.

Now kindly let me clarify something more about you physical body’s needs during this upcoming shift that we wish you to know. What you call an electromagnetic field is a pulsing electrical wave of DIRECT current, not the alternating current (AC) your present American equipments were designed to utilize. (Europe wisely uses DC current which is why Americans have to have adaptors when traveling there.) So the more alternating currents you surround yourself with the less you have the natural Earth energies you need the most. Your computers and electrical devices do not provide the natural Earth energies your bodies require, so please be judicious about the amount of time you spend using these AC equipments around your head/brain—and always use blocking devices that may ameliorate these unnatural energies.

Also be alert to the use of military devices that can “out phase” the kind of Earth energies humans need. Begin by questioning what military sonar probes are doing to the whales and dolphins, as an example, and oppose any hidden projects in which humans are “time-machined” into another time and place with experimental technical equipment. 

With your emails and web sites you can learn many things previously unavailable to the average citizen. This is a great helpmate to you – and to us. We only ask the citizenry to be alert to what is going on behind closed doors so you can create desirable changes

So the more AC (alternating currents) you surround yourself with the less you have of the natural Earth energies you need the most. Your computers and electrical devices do not provide the natural Earth energies your bodies require, so please be judicious about the amount of time you spend using these AC operated equipments around your head/brain, and always use common sense!

As a human, then, please remember that you are at the effect of the Earth’s core which contains lava with iron and other essential minerals that create an enormous electromagnetic energy field around the entire planet. Therefore, since all life on the planet is under the influence of this field I suggest that you help protect it. This is especially obvious for living things that require both oxygen that is provided by the Earth’s atmosphere – and the electromagnetic field or grid as an energy basis for bodily movement to maintain life, which I mentioned earlier.

At the risk of being overly repetitive I will say certain important things for you to remember during our conversation today because I value you and wish to be certain you grasp the significance of preparing for possibilities that will keep you safe even if there are unexpected events that might occur. 

With the oxygen provided in the upper atmosphere to aid your breathing and the electromagnetic energy from the Earth’s own field embracing every physical movement you make, please begin to notice how the act of moving your body on the Earth interacts with yours to stimulate molecules and other aspects of your cells required to maintain the energy flow supporting physical life and health.

The thing you notice when something is “dead” is that it does not breathe and lacks energy to cause movement. It is devoid of the life energy received from the womb of its Earth home. This is a physical condition, of course, and not a spiritual one! Yet you must be present in physical form to house the great temple of your soul during this incarnation. The body, emotions and your spiritual essence are a beautiful triad when applied in cooperative unity; however, your body and your feelings are part of the human mammalian experience still imbalanced in many people.

Whether you have realized it or not, this is a water planet quite unlike many other spheres and planetoid forms and the original water needed for life to evolve came from the galaxy. That natural water for healthy living generally lies far below what you call the oceans with their salty content. And it is this natural water that you could be lacking soon with the ever increasing populations. So in various ways you only exist and survive as an evolutionary creature capable of spiritual essence because of this water and the planet’s energy electromagnetic support to your body – as I described earlier.

This combination of humanity’s water identity, need for oxygen, and the Earth’s electromagnetic energy flow beneath your feet is a topic not often researched by traditional science. However, it will become quite urgent in the days ahead since healing requires a balanced relationship of these vital aspects and needs. By one definition YOU ARE A BIO-ELECTROMAGNETIC CREATION.

Once again let me be emphatic that as land mammals you live because of your relationship with your planet’s electromagnetic field and are dependent upon it to allow your body’s cells to communicate with its other cells to provide physical existence. You are most intelligently designed and adaptive to evolutionary influences. Then be grateful for this flowing communication of essential electromagnetic signals beneath your feet that keep your cells singing, and treat the planet with respect and enormous gratitude.

Since humans cannot exist without the Earth’s natural power source it is vital to keep both the planet’s energy and yours in harmonious balance to sustain physical life at a high degree of health. Consequently, you must be aware of anything unusual that is happening in the Sun’s activity levels that could be harmful to planetary life—and be prepared to adapt if there are problems that could adversely affect you.

We of heaven have been doing our best to explain that the galaxy’s great light – called by some as the Great Central Sun – is now at a specific angle that is beginning to bring new photonic frequencies that affect your solar system and everything on it. These powerful frequencies are affecting more than your eyes can see and more than your science can explain. Yet it is a reality causing many effects that can be both helpful in raising human consciousness yet may be potentially deleterious to physical life.

As always, we suggest you be prepared for any type of weather or black out emergency, and keep the necessary supplies on hand as back up for serious problems beyond your control. Even recent weather storms of considerable severity have caught people unprepared and often placed them in serious discomfort, potential pain and suffering, or demise.

We bring this warning because of our caring. You see we have noticed that when you are focused on problems – such as the severe financial and political matters in most technological advanced countries – then you get emotionally distracted from your dreams and daily meditations which are your finest warning system in times of potential danger.

Some of you will remember that at the time of the terrorist attacks in NY City, a small number of people made sudden last-minute changes in their everyday habits that saved their lives. Those who listened and made changes are alive today. Others are not.

Perhaps you should remind yourself and reconfirm with your guides that you are always willing to receive dreams or meditative information regarding any local, national or international matter of consequence to your health and well-being? And then, beloveds, be sure you are listening! After listening, of course, action must be taken.

Although your fire, police and emergency aid helpers and organizations do their very best when things go wrong, you are the one who should have a first aid kit, etc.

This is not spoken to frighten you but simply to remind you that your own wisdom and the help of your family and friends is often the first protection available. We simple ask you to review your supply of necessary products and make a conscious effort to keep a running tally of what things need to be replaced or replenished on an ongoing basis.

Remember that the purpose of planning is to be prepared and thus free from fear, worry and concern. I trust this message will bring you into a place of action that is followed by the secure thoughts that you have certain responsibilities for your body as well as the nurturance of your spiritual aspects.

You are a creation of light living in a physical world that allows you to use your consciousness to devise a life of joy, wisdom and peace. While you cannot totally control the physical planet’s events you can always control your own responses to them! That is the role of a disciple and each of you is a disciple by your willingness to so proclaim.

It is my intention today to proclaim that identity for each of you listening to these words in your heart. YOU ARE THE PRESENCE OF WISDOM, COMPASSION AND LOVE. YOU ARE HERE TO WRITE A NEW PAGE IN THE HISTORY OF HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS & YOU NOT ALONE IN THIS EVOLUTIONARY JOURNEY!

Then beloveds of the Creator, we of heaven stand with your every thought, feeling and action along the way. You are guided, supported and loved eternally by an uncountable. number of angels, mentors and guides besides your own soul. That was the Christmas message I brought you at our last meeting. And it is the message I repeat today.

All is well, my family of light. We will always support you. You are always safe within your being as you remember and practice your spiritual identity in everyday life experiences!

Dear friends and Love Corps family everywhere,

Please accept my special wishes for this Valentines’ Day, and for every day that extends love from your heart!

I have been teaching in Arizona in January so this newsletter is a bit behind the schedule I desired. Please accept my apology for the delay. It is also lengthier and more repetitive than I expected, but I am delivering it as guided to do so.

So, as always, apply the information in whatever way you wish. I know it was a wake-up call for me regarding sufficient batteries, candles, and heating that I didn’t have on hand during a recent 2-day electrical failure in my area. I tend to expect conveniences and didn’t have them, so hope you will not follow my recent bad example of being unprepared.

Although this New Year’s wish is belated I wanted to share that our New Teachings books in English, at the special Christmas rate, have been sold. We just have about 35 SPANISH edition copies of the New Teachings on hand and will FREELY give them to any of you simply for paying the postage cost. Meanwhile, I am coping with a hernia that I created while packing and mailing the books, so I’m doing all I can to prevent another hernia surgery. Can you believe I did that same thing 4 years ago and didn’t learn my lesson?
